Please read these terms carefully before booking your lessons with Lune Valley Driving School.

Lesson Requirements

Students must hold a valid UK provisional, full, or international driving license. Licenses must be produced for inspection on the first lesson and periodically thereafter. It is the student's responsibility to inform their instructor of any changes to their license status, such as penalty points or health assessments.

Students must be medically fit to drive. This includes meeting the minimum eyesight requirement (reading a standard number plate from 20.5 meters). Any medication or condition that may affect driving ability must be disclosed. Instructors reserve the right to refuse a lesson if they suspect the student is under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Payment Terms

Payment for individual lessons must be made at the beginning of each session. Block bookings must be paid in full in advance to qualify for discounted rates. All block-booked hours must be utilized within six months of purchase; after this period, any remaining balance is non-refundable unless prior arrangements are made.

A minimum of 48 hours' notice is required for lesson cancellations. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice will be charged at the full lesson rate. Instructors will wait for a maximum of 15 minutes for a student before the lesson is considered a no-show and charged in full.

Cancellation Policy

We value your time and our instructors' schedules. To ensure fairness for all students, notification must be provided at least 48 hours before your lesson start time for any changes or cancellations.

Late Cancellation Fee

Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice will be subject to the full lesson fee. This includes missed lessons or where the pupil is not reachable at the start time.
