Use of the tuition car for your practical driving test is charged at the standard two-hour lesson rate. This is subject to your instructor’s assessment that you are ready for your test, as well as their availability on the day.
Â
We would normally expect a minimum of approximately 10 hours of tuition, along with a suitable standard of driving, before the tuition car can be used for your practical test. This helps ensure you are adequately prepared and confident on the day.
